CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to better serve our clientele our new policy states that any appointment that is scheduled online or through our office must be canceled no later than 12 hours prior to the appointment time. This cancellation can be done by phone, or our website scheduler at www.facialexpressions.org. A message can be left to verify cancellation if the cancellation call was not answered.

If there is an instance where the client is unable to arrive for appointment and there was no call or message left, the client will be required to pay half service price for the next scheduled appointment. This amount will be applied the time of checkout towards total cost of services If there is more than two no call no show appointments, client will be required to pay full amount of service at the time of scheduling. Any added of charges would then be added to the total bill and paid at the end of service.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to be able to give our clients to best possible scheduling throughout the week. With your help this will ensure that everyone receives the absolute best service in a timely manner.
